Standing outside and seeing the stucco, soffits, railings, and walkways all come together against the California coast is hard to put into words. What started as modules in a factory genuinely feels like it was always supposed to be here.

From the cabinetry and lighting to the flooring and wall treatments, every finish we planned during construction is now exactly where it belongs. Seeing it all come together — the built-ins, the paint colors, the smart systems — in a real, lived-in space is something we couldn't fully picture until now. This is the home we designed, and it feels every bit as cohesive and personal as we hoped it would.

Designed and installed in collaboration with Fabbio DeBartolo of Finest Home Gym, this luxury fitness space blends high-end performance with coastal California style. The project was six months in the making, featuring a full turn-key design — from 3D planning and layout to equipment sourcing, installation, lighting, and finishes. The result is a sleek, functional home gym that rivals a boutique studio, complete with premium equipment, custom cabinetry, and a panoramic view that makes every workout feel like a retreat.
